Why join Out There?

There are activities that we do, such as climbing on real rock or canoeing on the sea, which the law says we aren't allowed to take non-members on. So, the only way you can do these activities is to be a member. But that isn't all. As a member you will also benefit from:

  • Third party insurance while on club activities
  • The use of club equipment
  • Greater opportunities to have your say in our programme of activities
  • Training from qualified instructors
  • Discounts on many items of personal equipment that you may wish to purchase from participating retail outlets
  • The costs for most of our regular activities are reduced for members
