Out There is an outdoor pursuits club based in Colchester. It was started in March 1998 with the express purpose of making outdoor and adventurous activities available to young people in the Colchester area. The Club is run by a team of volunteers under the leadership of James Linford. James has had many years of experience in youth work and outdoor activity instruction. Since the Club began we have taken young people to North and South Wales, the Peak District and the Lake District.
